I had one of those days recently, it hit me that we're just vibrating energy moving around in an infinite universe, improbably sentient and yet often wasting this privilege on watching absolute garbage on telly and looking at shit on our phones.

So I wrote this track as a kind of meditation on how fleeting this all is, and maybe we should get out and enjoy it more and be nice to people along the way.

The track runs at 126 bpm but with a halftime beat to take you deep.
